Frequently Asked Questions
A replay run is one execution of a captured failure bundle against a proposed fix. Each time you ask Relai to verify a fix candidate, that counts as one run. Capturing a failure itself does not consume a run.
A seat is a named developer with an active Relai account who can capture failures, propose fixes, and view replay results. CI systems and bots do not consume seats.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled with a prorated refund for unused months.
Developer supports GitHub (public repos). Team adds GitHub (private repos) and GitLab. Scale includes all VCS integrations plus custom webhook endpoints. GitHub Actions and GitLab CI are supported at all paid tiers.
Failure bundles are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Data is stored in your selected region and never used to train models or shared with third parties. Retention windows are configurable per-agent and automatically delete bundles after the window closes.
